Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our proxy services, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for valid reasons.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase if: (a) the service is completely unavailable due to technical issues on our end, (b) you have not used the service significantly, or (c) there was an error in the billing process.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for: (a) change of mind after using the service, (b) inability to use the service due to user configuration issues, (c) violation of terms of service resulting in account termination, (d) subscription renewals, or (e) trial period expirations.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team through your account dashboard or email. Include your account details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of our decision.

5. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. The refund amount will be prorated based on the unused portion of your subscription period.

6. Service Credits

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer service credits or extended subscription periods to resolve service issues. This is at our discretion and will be communicated to you.
